Loveable nobody Hayato Ikari finds his world turned upside down when he discovers that his school is a battleground between the forces of Matcha - led by Big Sis and her league of alien warriors posing as transfer students - and Coffee.

On a field trip to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Hayato discovers that Coffee is trying to take over the park and must stop it with Murasaki, an eclectic plant lover.

Hayato finds out too late that Coffee is trying to create a brainwashing signal from the top of Tokyo Tower. Only Hayato and Hikaru can stop it.

After trying to blow off some steam with his best friend (Yuu) at the arcade, Hayato’s day is ruined by a rogue arcade automaton controlled by Coffee. He must work together with Michi to stop it, who was also trying to blow off steam at the arcade.

While on the train to school, a horde of flying coffee monsters begin turning commuters into coffee zombies. Can Hayato and Koharu stop coffee in time before they reach Tokyo station?

After receiving a strange party invite from the most popular girl in school (Masako), Hayato finds himself teamed up with Natsuko, a party girl with an infectious personality, to solve this strange mystery while hiding everything from Hayato’s crush (Naomi).

After seemingly defeating Coffee at Masako’s house, Hayato is living a happy, peaceful life. But when Coffee returns with her enhanced minions and blocks out the sun with a coffee tsunami, Hayato must return to fight alongside Natsuko and her twin Natsumi, an unassuming girl with a blinding bright side, along with Hikaru and Michi.

Having lost all his allies to Coffee’s influence, Hayato is found by Hana and together with Naomi and Yuu - who now knows Hayato’s secret - the four of them work to free the others and save Tokyo.

With Naomi having left him and having lost Yuu to Coffee’s influence, Hayato travels to Mount Kumotori for “one last look.” But his journey gains an unwanted companion in the form of Mumei, a clueless crackshot intent on helping him achieve his quest, whatever that is.

At their school’s championship baseball game, Hayato and Chie notice that the opposing team seem to be far stronger than any normal high schooler should be. Only coffee could be the culprit.

A beach day with Hayato’s family turns bitter when Coffee’s enhanced enforcers show up to threaten the sea itself. It’s up to him and Minoru, an unbothered beach girl with a mind for illusions, to turn back the tide.

Hayato struggles to enjoy the Summer Festival without Naomi. Yuu showing up for revenge doesn’t help. Can Hayato and Megumi stop him before he takes over the city square?

Coffee has assembled her final army against Tokyo and Matcha. Will all of the Matcha Secretive Girls’ combined power be enough to stop her?
